Like this the survives, belongings and respects of humans may be vulnerable.  The focus of the research was intended to discover the position of constabularies behavior and its impact on petitioners of wrongdoing. The have a look at applied the quantitative research layout. Interview schedule was used to acquire the information from the accused who have ever meeting with police personals. Proportionate random sampling and Multistage sampling research technique have been applied to select the sample. Total three hundred eighty-five (385) plaintiffs were chosen by applying Taro Yemni statistical formula. These (385) respondents were selected from the district Gujrat province of Punjab. Different statistical tests were used to check the relationship among the variales after entering the data in statistical package for social sciences (SPSS). The study discovered massive obstacles that limit the competence of this department and public believe in them. Theoretically, it became beneficial for elevating the Pakistani criminology at the difficulty and practically, the research gives insights for taking the perfect measures for the higher police public liaison. The findings revealed that the complainants have been usually agreed that they have got limited agree with within the Police and that political interference is one of the fundamental reasons of lack of public.
