Academic satisfaction among students at higher education institutions is critical for fostering an enriching educational experience and achieving academic goals. This paper explores the factors influencing academic satisfaction, focusing on the roles of academic motivation and the learning environment. Utilizing a quantitative methodology, the study sampled 291 undergraduate students at the University of Gujrat through simple random sampling. The findings revealed a positive correlation between intrinsic motivation and academic satisfaction, whereas extrinsic motivation had a lesser impact. A conducive learning environment both physical and social significantly enhanced satisfaction levels. Recommendations for institutions include fostering intrinsic motivation and creating supportive learning environments.
