Abstract

This research has found that when parents are involved in their young children's education, it helps them grow in cognitive, emotional, and social ways. The goal of this study is to find out if there is a link between parents being involved in their young children's formal education and positive results in public elementary schools in terms of both academic success and social and emotional well-being.  Researchers wanted to know how parents felt about their kids' learning and education.  The people in the study are the students' families. The people who took part were chosen using a method called "purposeful sampling." The study was quantitative, and students in public schools in Lahore were sent a form to fill out at home. The main focus of this study is on parents whose kids are in school. The group was made up of 476 parents with school-aged children, which is a manageable number. The data show that kids whose parents were involved in their early education do better in school and have better relationships and mental health. Lahore's student parents are taking part in this study. Researchers came to the conclusion that public schools should do more to get parents involved in the early education of their children. From this study, it was clear that a development programme should be set up to encourage parental involvement. Only a small number of parents showed their appreciation for parental engagement by suggesting ways they could get involved. The researcher also saw that most parents didn't come to school classes because they didn't know what was going on.
